I don't believe there is any such thing. The networking is built into the firmware of each device to enable...well, to enable this. Remote access to any system on the globe.
After maybe 7 months of trawling through forums and reading till my eyes bled, I found this American junior lawyer's post on a random tech forum I've long since lost the saved link to (I had some serious corruption in my Synced Google Dashboard - Google does, in fact, do some evil; but I believe that slogan was their original intent - unfortunately humans demand to be exploited and refuse to allow Google to compete ethically). He was complaining about Bluetooth and he was at the end of his wits; as all the nerds were snickering at his 'noob'-ness (defined as being aware of something they are not aware of - they know every technology-related point of KNOWLEDGE, you see).
As I read his pages and pages of increasingly frantic reporting spanning months, at his Week 6 I stopped because he had LITERALLY mirrored everything I tried up until then (albeit the year before). He did in 6 weeks what I did in 7 months of firmly believing I was a day or two away from solving the problem; but of course, we were both delusional. I knew in the first week talking to DELL I'd been DoS'd by the Service Providers and of course, I knew why.
The way his mind processed "problem-solving" was identical to mine; it gave me chills. Identical problem. Identical processing. I just knew NOTHING about computers - took me 2-3 months to work out how to access the BUILTIN Administrator account in Windows 7 (of course, no one helped but of course, I was stupidly asking the wrong 'experts' - tip: don't seek assistance on anti-malware forums for the same reasons you wouldn't want to use anti-virus programs; if you give people a conflict-of-'interest' situation which they are not painstakingly going out of their way to assuage, you really almost deserve whatever they do to you). So this kid lawyer did in 6 weeks what I did in 7 months but then I did one better than him. I flew international and installed a corrupted OS at 37,000 in the air on a brand new laptop (with only DOS installed on the HDD, which I replaced with a brand new INTEL SSD). Used a brand new LG CDROM drive. Used a Genuine $160 Microsoft pressed Windows CD. Genius lawyer didn't think of that, as it turned out.
Not sure how it turned out for him. It's very hard to argue with Toddlers who know everything there is to know, already. They know, for example, that Bluetooth range is 10-30 metres. Pretty sure it's 37,000 feet but then I don't know what's getting bounced off where or when or how or what the fuck was even happening. I just took lots of screenshots for the experts who kept calling me a liar. I didn't understand.
What the fuck could be my motive?
I think I know what theirs was. It took me a year of Hell to figure out their brand of insanity. They're imprinted, via terror. They're like Red Shirts. Or human children. They're like me. When humans are terrified, we race towards the direction of 'safety' (as defined by numbers / mass). I did it on 9/11 when I couldn't work out why CNN was doing bin Laden's job, and in ways bin Laden wouldn't have the capacity to do in a million years of dreaming. IT guys do it with code. They see the signs. They're not even subtle. Every human sees the signs at some point. Some shrink into their shells. Some become rabidly patriotic or brand-obsessed or they join a cult but then I repeat myself. Some get tired of pretending they cannot see the obvious.
We are slaves. Bred to breed slaves. It's how we were raised by our mothers, with love. Fattened during childhoods of non-stop emotional propaganda drilled into our very instincts and impulses, we're effectively massaged like Wagyu cattle. It's called conditioning. Tenderised by childhoods, we're easily traumatised. It's the prepping us for Reality with over a decade of 'sweet' Disney Fantasy that is the irrefutable logical key, if you're not getting it. We're literally setup to be knocked down.

We get furious or heartbroken or worried - mostly, mostly we just get terrified by domestic terror campaigns brainwashing humans to be terrified and contemptuous of humans.
But it's funny; they're 'brighter' than I was. Well, they're more 'shrewd' than gave them credit for. The Toddlers, I mean. They understand 9/11 was necessary; they understand the wars of acquisition & invading armies are necessary. They understand the body count is actually something of a boon, really.

i did mention FIFOs iirc... which is a "named pipe" aka something that acts as a basic firewall for passing information from IO to an application by relying on permissions/ownership to vet the traffic.
