Why is there no good delivery mexican food

I had good mexican delivered in LA. And absolutely terrible mexican delivered in Bangkok but at least there I could get it 24/7.

That 24/7 place is getting better _way_ too gradually. It's unacceptable. Bangkok has terrible Mexican food.
