i dont feel like i bash druff, and i certainly dont feel like i insult him, and i think he would agree with that and respects my honesty and willingess to speak to him frankly.
maybe a lot of it has to do with us coming from similar backgrounds in the early 90s in terms of socializing online and recognizing the difference between attacks and confrontation, which are two completely different things, especially in that culture which had a notoriously low boiling point.
basically i think there is an unspoken agreement between todd and i that as long as i speak to him honestly and make a real effort to listen to his responses on an adult level, respect given will be returned.
and i do show him respect on pfa. hes asked me on several occasions to modify my behavior to suit his standards and expectations there and every single time ive done so. thats his house, im a guest there. i stepped to him regarding the recent insanity there because its gross to me and even grosser is his flock of simpletons telling him how awesome it is.
