I knew this was physically possible, as that up to 50% or more of methamphetamine will pass through the body and be excreted unchanged in the urine. And over the years I've heard rumors of users were attempting this. I always assumed that it was more sensational hype reported by the media.

When I Googled Tinkle Tweaker most of the search results derived their information basically from the same source, this being evident that their wording looked like it was copied and paste from the definition above.

My questions are, are there users that actively do this? Or are these reports the result of a few extreme cases that the media/law portray as widespread? If this is a common occurrence, it would seem to pose much greater health risk. Last but not least, what would possess someone to do this?

it's disgusting but it works. If you have been using for a day or two and drink your pee you will maintain the high...even better to do an pee enema- you will get a major rush, more so if you leave it in for awhile -you'll get higher and higher. Smells dreadful though. When your urine is dark and nasty this means the concentration is strong. I've met people who like to pee in each others butts when theyre partying as part of the sex.
