yea had a book and sparred every day but no fights cause i was never satisfied with my conditioning

at 20 i took a lot of time off cause i got tennis elbow in both arms working for ups. i couldn't throw a punch for a long time and blocking a punch would be the most painful thing in the world. the only way it doesn't hurt still is if i get big biceps to prevent the arm from snapping back

oh i also got chronic bronchitis from that shithole warehouse. that job basically ruined my life
