In honor of Jam Jam:
Jammin Quesadilla
2 thin quesas
mexican cheese blend bag
little queso
little oaxaca
crispy bacon
chicken breast
onions
cinnamon
butter
cayenne
chili powder
SECRET INGREDIENT
Chop onions cook in butter with cinnamon, pinch of cayenne and chili powder....Cook'em down, add a little water cover....Wait 5-8 or so until the water is cooked out and the spices start to bubble on the pan (but not burn) add a little water pull all it all back into the onions, leave cover off, cook water out. Onions should be nice and brown, cooked, pull off.
Butter, quesa shell, cheese mix, crispy bacon, (cut up chicken breast not canned shit). Take your other quesa shell, COVER GENEROUSLY WITH FIG JAM and put the cap back on that sumbitch! Let it all get nice and toasty on the bottom. Drop pat of butter in the pan, let it coat it, put quesa back into the pan and get nice and toasty on the other side.
